CHANGES TO ORDER
Once you’ve placed your order it joins a queue for processing. At this stage, you will be unable to make any amendments online. If your order has already been processed and you wish to change your order please contact us on (03) 9663 2321 Mon – Fri 9am - 5pm AEST or via the Contact Us page.
SHOWROOM PICK UP
If you have opted for for the pick up option at our Melbourne showroom, an email notification will be sent to inform you when your item is ready for collection. Should you prefer an earlier pickup, feel free to contact us on 03 9663 2321 Mon – Fri 9am - 5pm AEST.
Items will be shipped to the address on your profile. To change or update the address, please contact us on 03 9663 2321 Mon – Fri 9am - 5pm AEST.
We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. You will be notified of dispatch via email.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us within 14 days of your purchase date. Please note that we can only process returns for a credit note, not for refunds.
The product must be returned in new condition – without scratches or marks.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
OPTION 1: VIA POST
Contact our Customer Care Team to notify us of the return.
Package your items securely and return to Athan Wholesale Jewellers at 602/220 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Your credit note will be processed promptly upon receiving the returned item.
OPTION 2: SHOWROOM DROP OFF
You may return an item in person at our showroom at 602/220 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Your credit note will then be processed upon receiving the returned item.
