Pro Forma Process 

Athan Wholesale Jewellers has uses a pro forma ordering process online in a way to give you the best and fairest cost of our products. As we display average prices of the product on our website it means that your final invoice may vary +/- 5%. That means that the price is defined by the average weight of that product. As the cost of items are dependent on the price and gold and weight of that item, each product must be weighed to give you the exact/fair price. For this reason, our online ordering system uses a pro forma process to ensure you are receiving the most fair and … price.  

As we display average prices of the product on our website it means that your final invoice may vary +/- 5%. 

Our pro forma ordering system works as follows: 

1. Once you check out you will be emailed a pro forma invoice, this pro forma invoice lists the items that you have ordered alongside the average prices of those orders. 

2. Once the order reaches Athan Wholesale Jewellers, our team will weight and calculate the items you have ordered based on the price of gold and determine the actual prices of those items.  

3. A new invoice will be emailed to you with the final cost. At this stage you will be presented with payment options. We will package your order and send it via the shipping option you have chosen.
